Summerhill’s 3rd team got their Premier Championship Division 6 campaign up and running against Meath Hill in Summerhill on Saturday. They untimely lost by 3 points but put in a great performance. The sides were level at the break but the visitors eventually ran out winners on a score line of 2-14 to 3-8. Summerhill’s goals coming from Ray Comey, Adam Larkin and Connie McGrath. Special mention for stand in goalkeeper Stephen Taz Lynch who pulled of a couple of great saves to keep Summerhill in the game.
