Rules

• ENTRY TO THE GYM IS ONLY POSSIBLE BY PRE-BOOKING A SLOT VIA THE ON-LINE SYSTEM AND USE OF YOUR FOB WHEN YOU ARRIVE.
• YOU MUST USE THE FOB FOR ENTRY, EVEN IF THE DOOR IS OPEN!!  (This satisfies the essential requirements for Covid contact tracing).
•  Social distancing of 2m should always be maintained
• DO NOT congregate before or after gym
• WINDOWS MUST REMAIN OPEN at all times to improve ventilation , to avoid possibility of infection, in accordance with HSE/HSA guidance
• Sanitise each piece of equipment before and after use. Some cleaners and sanitiser bottles will be in place, but you should BRING YOUR OWN cleaners. Wipes can bought cheaply in any shop.
• DONT share towels, water bottles etc.
• Our Club facilities are monitored by CCTV at all times.
