Summerhill GFC’s Euro Millions Syndicate II
Summerhill GFC club provides football for youths and adults in our parish, under the governing rules of the GAA and LGFA. The club is continually expanding and our facilities require continuous upgrade and improvement. Thank you again for your support in the 1st Euro Millions Syndicate. We Raised €23,000 which was set aside to assist with club developments. The completed developments are listed below,
- Provide new Community Walking/Running track. √
- Floodlighting of the new track. √
- Widening of main pitch to Croke Park dimensions. √
- Redevelopment of main hall. √
- Upgrade all lighting in our clubhouse. √
It is our hope that the money raised from this Second Euro Millions syndicate will help us complete the final part of our development plans which is:
- Upgrade lighting to our back pitch
Our Development Committee was successful in securing Sports Capital grant of €120k for this project but unfortunately we still need to fundraise for the short fall in the gap to the quoted price. As always we rely on the continued support of our community.
As a fundraiser we are setting up a EuroMillions Syndicate II. Like the last time this syndicate will only have 300 members…when the shares are gone, they’re GONE! Any money won in the Euromillions draws will be shared equally by the syndicate members.
The Committee will purchase 100 lines in each Euro Millions draw including “PLUS” on Tuesdays & Fridays for 10 weeks – 20 draws in total – so 2,000 chances to win – To do it on your own would cost €7,000. The numbers will be circulated to each member of the syndicate along with a membership certificate in advance of the first draw. Membership of the syndicate costs €100.
