Summerhill GFC

Summerhill GFC’s Euro Millions Syndicate

Summerhill GFC club provides football for youths and adults in our parish, under the governing rules of the GAA and LGFA. The club is continually expanding; our playing membership is growing in line with local population trends and our facilities require continuous upgrade and improvement.

We have embarked on a major upgrade of our main pitch – the photo collection below gives an indication of what has happened already. We hope to

  • Provide new Community Walking/Running track.
  • Floodlighting of the new track.
  • Widening of main pitch to Croke Park dimensions.
  • Redevelopment of main hall.
  • Upgrade all lighting in our clubhouse.
  • Upgrade lighting to our pitches

These developments will benefit not just club members but the whole community.

Partial funding has already been secured by way of Sports Development Grant aid but we will need substantially more to complete the works. Covid 19 has wreaked havoc with our fundraising plans  so we need your help now more than ever. When finished we will have a facility that our club and wider community will be proud of.

As a fundraiser we are setting up a EuroMillions Syndicate. This syndicate will only have 300 members…when the shares are gone, they’re GONE! Any money won in the Euromillions draws will be shared equally by the syndicate members. The Committee will purchase 100 lines in each Euro Millions draw including “PLUS” on Tuesdays & Fridays for 10 weeks – 20 draws in total – so 2,000 chances to win – To do it on your own would cost €7,000. Membership of the syndicate costs €100.

Tickets are available from;
Christy Ryan 0862596808
Lisa Nangle 0868514539
Joe Larkin 0868309403
Or any committee member.
