Summerhill got the season off to a winning start in the ACF’A’League against neighbours Na Fianna played in Summerhill this morning. In a rather uneventful first half and playing against a strong wind Summerhill went in at the break all square. Six minutes into the second half a goal from Ross Ryan helped put daylight between the teams, and taking advantage of the wind the home side pushed on with further scores from Liam Shaw and David Larkin.
